Community Calendar Welcome to the SaveWMCU.com COMMUNITY CALENDER. Please refer to this page to find out about upcoming special services, meetings, events and other church related activities in our area. The calendar will list these items as well. You can print out our COMMUNITY CALENDER each month for easy reference. If you have a special event that you would like us to post on our calendar, e-mail it to us at: savewmcu897@bellsouth.net. (PLEASE put the words COMMUNITY CALENDAR in the subject line!) Be sure to include the name of your church or organization, name of event, date, time, location, cost (if any), contact info (preferably phone number and website), and a brief description of the event (several lines or a short paragraph). If possible, we will include your description exactly as you write it. We reserve the right to edit the descriptions or refuse to post events we feel are inappropriate. We will try and post events as soon as possible (sometimes the day we receive them), but try to give us at least a week lead time for the posting. Please spread the word about this new feature to others. The posting of these events is provided as a service to the community and does not imply endorsement by the board or supporters of SaveWMCU.com. Project TeamWork is going back! A work team with a mission, a mission team that works - Project TeamWork!

For several years, Project TeamWork and WMCU Spirit FM have partnered on special Honduras Mission Trips. Last February, RuthieJ and her mom (along with other Spirit FM listeners) were part of our courageous women's trip, "Mary and Martha's Excellent Adventure" where we ministered to the women and children in the foothills of Santiago, Honduras. This February 15-23, YOU can join us! We're putting together two teams this February; one for women, one for men. We will again return with "Mary and Martha's Excellent Adventure" for women of courage! And, along with that, the men can sign up for "Holy Sweat" hard work mission for men of strength! Both teams will travel together, but have different projects and objectives. If you are a woman of courage, or a man of strength, it's time to put those skills to use.
